Seasons is adjacent to the Fetzer Institute’s administrative offices. Overnight guests stay in one of four buildings, each containing six private rooms. Groups convene at the Meeting House, a short walk down an uncovered path from the lodging units. The Meeting House is accessible with room keys at all times. A copy machine and fax machine are available in the coat room. Guests are welcome to stock their rooms with beverages and snacks form the lower-level pantry. Breakfast items are also available in this location.

Areas of the Fetzer Institute available for guest use include the Meditation Room, Fitness Center, Reading room, Commons, and display areas. The Guest Office is located just inside the rear entrance and contains two PC work stations. Room keys will admit guests from 6 am – 9 pm.

Accommodations
Rooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, and a reading chair. A clock radio/cd player with MP3 Player input, coffee maker, mini-fridge, umbrella, hairdryer, and toiletries (no television) are available. Handicap rooms are available upon request. Smoking is expressly prohibited in the lodging rooms, balconies or on the paths. Guests who smoke are encouraged to stay offsite.
An outdoor smoking area is located at the north end of the Meeting Room.

We recommend layering and casual dress due to Michigan’s varying temperatures. Bring appropriate footwear if you wish to use the wooded paths. A map of the grounds is located on the wall outside the Fitness Center in the administration building.

After 5 pm or on weekends, nonemergency messages are relayed via voice mail or placed on the foyer table in the morning. Emergency messages left after hours are delivered immediately.
