The idea is to start small and grow your practice. You may find that increasing your acts of love and forgiveness may be challenging at first, but you may wind up changing your whole outlook on life. Building a practice is ultimately very personal. Here are some suggested practices to help you get started. There are also many books, films, workshops, Web sites, organizations, and other resources that offer stories, ideas, and specific suggestions of ways to practice love and forgiveness. Experiment and find your own approach to incorporating more love and forgiveness into your life. By more intentionally thinking about and acting on love and forgiveness, you may get a glimpse into its power to transform and heal.
