Hi,
I would recommend two books: “What’s So Amazing About Grace” by Philip Yancy and “A Grace Disguised” by Gerry Sittser.
Thanks,
Joy

The movie “Pleasantville” brings to mind a story of awakening to oneself, breaking down old barriers/beliefs and ultimately portraying the acts of love & forgiveness.

This 4 minute video is all about love and togetherness, and for me, a vision of humanity: The song is in Bengali, a translation of a poem by Rabinadrath Tagore.

We believe the world needs to hear how we can help the hurting and abused children/people instead of just hearing about the crimes that are committed against them. When stories of child abuse is aired on the news or printed it deeply breaks the hearts of people all over the whole world, and I can identify with these precious hurting people. Just these mere words alone can’t fully convey to the readers the depths of the hurt and pain I feel. I can identify with child abuse by my mother and other family members
We have compassion for the hurting all over this world, but forgiveness is the medicine which will bring inner healing. If we could reach out to help others by sharing the story of my personal life of abuse there would be far less hurting people, crimes etc in this world.
I longed for just a simple hug from my mother. I desired family love and unity but our family was not united.
I do love my mother and have forgiven my mother and other family members who have hurt and abused me…this is why we have written a book about my life of child abuse to help others. Many hurting and abused people who have read our book are being helped tremendously.
Please visit our website and read the stories of those who have shared with us how they are being helped: mamapleaseloveme.blogspot.com
For the sake of hurting Humanity all over the world would someone “Please stand up and speak for the hurting and the abused.
We are also seeking a producer who would produce a movie about my life story to help millions around the world. As you care for hurting humanity on any level of life please for the sake of hurting humanity if you are interested in my life story we can send you our book. Or would you help the hurting by sending this information to any other movie producers who would be more than honored to take this most needed story for the cause of hurting mankind which would be a benefit millions around the whole world?
Would you please respond back to us at: mamapleaseloveme@yahoo.com
Thank you deeply

Over Christmas I watched a DVD of the 2004 movie “Mind the Gap.” There are many images and stories of forgiveness that were powerful for me. One of the stories, of a father asking for forgiveness from his family, inspired me to talk about forgiveness with my father.

Dear Friends, My name is Steve Kercher. I’m an award-nominated songwriter and recording artists. My song, “Kill Them with Kindness” is about loving and forgiving, particularly one’s enemies. I shared this song on our concert tour of Turkey to a very appreciative crowd. This idea is universal. We are currently developing a tour across the U.S. to encourage students, particularly, in love and forgiveness. You can listen at http://www.skband.net/jukebox.htm
All the best,
Steve
